We want your stay at SW1 Apartments to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help you plan your visit, we’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions asked by our guests.

Can I store luggage on my check-out day?

Luggage storage is available for the day at the Sidney Hotel London-Victoria.

How do I check-in?

Check-in will take place at the Sidney Hotel London-Victoria. Details of the check-in process will be sent to you via email once your reservation has been made.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:30pm
Check-out must be by 11:00am

Is breakfast included?

There is NO breakfast option at the apartments for guests.

Is there an elevator?

SW1 Apartments does not have an elevator and regretfully there is no assistance available to help with luggage’s to your apartment.

Can I request a particular floor or apartment?

Guests may request a particular floor or apartment, but we are unable to guarantee this request. However, we will try our best to fulfil your request if possible.

What is the minimum age to stay at SW1 Apartments?

Guests must be aged 21 and over to stay in an apartment.

Is a damage deposit required?

At check-in we will require a physical credit card to authorise against any damages found in the apartment after your departure. Guest’s will be notified of the damage and cost incurred to fix the problem.

Do the apartments have WiFi?

Free WIFI is available throughout the building. Wifi instructions will be passed onto you at check-in.

Is smoking permitted in the apartments?

Smoking (including vapes) is NOT permitted anywhere at SW1 Apartments. This includes on the balcony and courtyard areas. There is a smoking penalty of £150.00 if guests are found to be smoking in the apartments.

Do you provide baby cots?

Baby cots are available free of charge on request, subject to availability. This must be requested prior to the arrival date.

Are the apartments in the Congestion and ULEZ chargeable zone?

The apartments are NOT located in the congestion zone, therefore no charges will apply. However, should your car not be compliant the apartments do fall within the ULEZ area.

Is there parking available?

There are many pay by phone parking bays available around the area.
Charges are applicable Mon-Fri 08:30am to 6:30pm via the Ringo App.
Parking is FREE on weekends from Fri 6:30pm to Mon 08:30am
Alternatively, there is Q Park https://www.q-park.co.uk/en-gb/cities/london/pimlico/, a few minutes’ drive away.

Is there somewhere I can drop my bags if I arrive earlier than the agreed check-in time?

Luggage can be left at the Sidney Hotel London-Victoria in a secure luggage room until your apartment is available.
